The Fighting Tigers Remain Undefeated at Jinks Gymnasium: Andrew College Wins 77-56
CUTHBERT, Ga - With a dominant 77-56 victory over Reid State Community College, the Andrew College women's basketball team remained undefeated at Jinks Gymnasium, securing its eighth consecutive home win.
Monday night's matchup was another complete team effort, as nine Tigers scored, including three in double figures. Andrew College was led by Kezoriyah Blackshear with 21 points, Hannah Morris with 15 and Jasmyn Thomas with 14.
Morris recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, marking her 10th double-digit scoring performance of the season. Through 14 games played, she has scored fewer than 10 points just four times.
Blackshear's 21-point performance marked a new career high, surpassing her previous mark of 18 set on Nov. 10, 2025, against Enterprise State Community College. In addition to her scoring, she added four rebounds, three steals and one assist.
Andrew College controlled the game from the opening tip, fueled by a suffocating full-court defensive effort. The Fighting Tigers forced 19 steals, with four players recording three or more. Jayla Hutchinson led the team with four steals, followed by Tyta Pitts, Blackshear and Thomas with three each.
The Tigers never trailed in the contest and built a lead of as many as 27 points in the second half. Andrew College improved to 8-0 at Jinks Gymnasium, its most home wins since the 2015-16 season, when the Tigers finished 8-5 at home.
